1.Text Information: Conversations, instructions, inquiries, and other content you actively input when using AI features, used to provide intelligent replies, content generation, question answering, and other AI services.
2.Voice Information (if applicable): Voice data you actively record and upload, used for AI speech recognition and semantic analysis to enable voice command response, speech-to-text conversion, and other services. (To ensure service quality, we will request permission to access your microphone and other audio devices.)
3.Basic Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and application version number, used to optimize AI service compatibility and ensure proper functioning (no personally identifiable sensitive content is included).
4.Interaction Log Information: Records of AI feature usage (clicks, duration, command types, etc.), used to optimize AI model performance and improve response efficiency (information is de-identified and not linked to your personal identity).
All information collection and transmission use AES-256 encryption to ensure secure data transmission without risk of theft, tampering, or leakage, and are limited to the scope necessary for providing the AI service.In addition, all such data collection and transmission activities will be clearly explained to you via a pop-up notice and require your explicit consent before you use AI features for the first time, fully respecting your right to choose.
1.Purpose Restriction: This application and third-party AI service providers will only use collected personal information to provide core AI services, optimize AI performance, troubleshoot issues, and fulfill legal obligations. No information will be used for undisclosed purposes or beyond the agreed scope.
2.Sharing Restriction: Third-party AI service providers may not share, transfer, sell, or otherwise disclose your personal information obtained from this application to any other third party, except with your explicit written consent or as required by applicable laws and regulations. Data sharing is strictly controlled to protect your information security.
3.Model Training Notice: Personal information used for AI model training will be anonymized and de-identified to remove personally identifiable information. After training is completed, original information will be deleted or encrypted and archived, and will not be used for other purposes.

We will only collect and transmit relevant personal information after you tap "Agree". If you tap "Cancel", AI features will be disabled and no related information will be collected.
2.Withdrawal Method: You may withdraw your consent at any time through [“Feedback” or “Account Deletion” within this application]. We will process your request within 7–14 working days.
3.Consequences of Withdrawal: After you withdraw consent, this application will immediately stop transmitting your personal information, and third-party AI service providers will cease processing related information and delete or securely encrypt such data as agreed (except where retention is required by law). This does not affect the lawfulness of processing activities carried out prior to withdrawal.
1.Security Measures: This application and third-party AI service providers implement multiple security measures including encrypted storage, strict access control, regular security inspections, and data backup to prevent information leakage, tampering, or loss.
2.Storage Period: Information is retained until you withdraw consent or delete your account. Following withdrawal or account cancellation, all relevant information will be deleted within 15 working days (except where retention is required by laws and regulations).
3.Security Incident Response: In the event of a data security incident, an emergency plan will be activated immediately to take remedial measures. You will be notified within 72 hours (where reasonably reachable), and the incident will be reported to relevant regulatory authorities.
Regarding personal information related to third-party AI services, you are legally entitled to the right to know, access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and the right to lodge complaints.
